If a public member is interested in applying for a Planning project, the City of Key West allows you to do this online through the E-TRAKiT portal. All applicants will need to register and create a user profile to access the site.
The Planning staff will stamp applications with the received date when submission and payment are completed. The method of payment accepted is a credit card or check. If paying by check, please send to:

Credit card payments must be made over the telephone during established business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and City holidays.
Review the Application
The applicant will receive an automated acknowledgment email confirmation from eTRAKiT upon submittal of the online application. The Planning Staff will review the application for completeness and contact the applicant if additional information is required and form of payment.
