What proof of eligibility do I need to apply for the permit?

You will need to provide three (3) items to be eligible for a Residential Permit:

  1. Valid driver’s license
  2. Vehicle registration
  3. Proof of Residency (examples of acceptable items provided)
  • Residential lease (at least 4-month minimum)
  • Warranty deed
  • Voter’s ID
  • Utility bill in your name and address
  • Real estate tax bill for proof of residency.
