How to Apply for a City Job

The City of Key West only accepts applications for open positions. General applications or resumes are not accepted or kept on file. Vacancies are posted weekly on the website and in various locations throughout the City. To view current City Job Openings, please click here.

To apply for a position with the City of Key West you must complete a City application and submit to 1300 White Street with a signed job description. Applications and job descriptions can be downloaded from the website in Adobe Acrobat format.

Completed applications and signed job descriptions must be submitted to 1300 White Street where they will be processed and forwarded to the appropriate department. Applications/job descriptions may be faxed, mailed, emailed or hand delivered to the address below:
