Key West Police Lt. Jason Castillo completed an intense 400-hour Command Officers Development Course offered by the Southern Police Institute’s Department of Criminal Justice.
This continuing education course provides a strong foundation for practical law enforcement administration.
Lt. Castillo heads the department’s Information Services Division. Accomplishing this course means a more efficient and knowledgeable approach to administration.
“As a fully accredited police department,” said Chief Sean Brandenburg, who attended the graduation, “it’s vital that we continue to pursue training in all aspects of our service to the community.”
