Procurement Services

The City of Key West Procurement Division supports City departments by purchasing the equipment, supplies, and services needed to carry out municipal operations.  The Division is committed to conducting all purchasing activities in a fair, open, and transparent manner, in accordance with City ordinances and applicable Florida state laws.

Operating under the general direction of the Procurement Manager, they manage the competitive solicitation process for Invitations to Bid (ITBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).  These processes help ensure that the City obtains quality goods and services while promoting competition and responsible use of public funds.
