What are the Name Registration requirements?

The City of Key West requires that all Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s), Limited Partnerships, and Fictitious Names (DBA’s) be registered with the State of Florida. Business Tax Receipts, licenses, and permits will only be issued in one of the above names only if it has been registered with the State of Florida.
