When and where are City Commission Meetings held?: The City Commission meetings are usually held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. A City Commission meeting date may be changed due to a public holiday. All meetings begin at 5 pm and are held at City Hall. Meetings are broadcast live Comcast Channel 77 and AT&T Uverse Channel 99. 1. Where can I see a copy of the City Commission Agenda?: The City Commission Agenda may be viewed online. To view all agendas and actions sorted by date, visit Legistar. In addition the Agenda is available for public review in the Office of the City Clerk, at City Hall:
