Originally from Southeast Pennsylvania, Jenny Metz moved to Key West in 2019 to be closer to family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Kutztown University and brings a wide range of experience, including project management, small-business ownership, and operational management in both the private sector and local attractions.
Since joining the City, she has worked in the Planning Department and now serves within the Utilities Department, where her organizational skills and diverse background support the department’s daily operations as the Utilities Administrator.
Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with fundraising efforts for the Florida Keys SPCA.
