Lily Meadows serves as the City of Key West’s Solid Waste Coordinator, where she supports programs focused on waste reduction, recycling, and responsible resource management. A Florida native raised in Sarasota, Lily is proud to call Key West home and embrace the island lifestyle.
Lily is a double graduate of Auburn University with a background in Public Administration. She was promoted to her current role after serving as Planning Project Coordinator, where she gained valuable experience managing special projects and working across departments. That foundation continues to inform her collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Driven by a passion for sustainability and community impact, Lily is committed to helping advance solid waste initiatives that protect Key West’s environment. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the water and island life with her two dogs, Mako and Evie.
