Margarita began her service with the City in the Planning Department before finding her niche in Finance. She holds a Master’s in International Relations from California State University – Fresno and a Bachelor’s in International Affairs and Spanish from Eastern Washington University. When she’s not at work, Margarita enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring new learning opportunities.
