Candidates seeking to qualify by petition must obtain the required number of valid signatures to be placed on the ballot for the 2026 elections.  Petitions can be picked up at the Supervisor of Elections.  Petitions must be submitted to the Supervisor of Elections for verification by Monday, May 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM.  The Supervisor of Elections is responsible for verifying candidate petitions signed by registered voters in Monroe County.
