Construction Begin Estimate: Late 2026/ Early 2027
Intent: Renovation to the existing parking lot including redevelopment of the gravel parking lot and the Ice House building. The project will redeveloped the layout with the intent to maximize space, assist with functionality, install new landscaping, and upgrade stormwater infrastructure to alleviate flooding issues.
