Code Compliance

Code Compliance can no longer investigate anonymous reports.

Per Florida State Statute (FSS) 162.06 (b), persons who report potential violations of our Code of Ordinances shall provide their name and address to the City of Key West.  We cannot investigate anonymous complaints that come from an anonymous source.

The persons reporting a potential code violation or issue will become part of the public record.

This applies to submissions made in person, by phone, or by e-mail to the Code Compliance Department.  This also applies to submittals made to Key West Connect powered by SeeClickFix.
