Guidelines

  • Arrive at your bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival time and ensure you're on the correct side of the road—the bus will only stop for passengers traveling in its direction.
  • Have your exact fare or bus pass ready before boarding. If you are paying a reduced fare, please show your ID to the driver.  Drivers do not provide change, so please have the exact amount. If purchasing a one- or seven-day pass, inform the driver before paying. Use the Token Transit app to pay by credit card or Google Pay.
  • Check the destination sign above the windshield to confirm you're boarding the correct bus. If you're unfamiliar with the area, feel free to ask the driver to announce your stop.
  • For everyone’s comfort, remain seated while the bus is in motion and keep aisles and exits clear.  Smoking, drinking, eating, gambling, littering, yelling, loud talking, or playing music without headphones is not allowed.
  • When you're about a block from your stop, pull the cord to signal the driver.  Gather your belongings and exit through the rear door.  If you have a bike in the rack, let the driver know before getting off.
