During the March meeting, Mayor Teri Johnston and the City Commission honored outgoing Historic Architectural Review Commissioner Joel Cognevich for his eight years of dedicated volunteer service to the City.
“It's been an honor to service,” said Cognevich. "Commissioner Lopez, I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to serve the city. It was everything I wanted to do. And HARC commissioners, I trust you to be the stewards and to continue to keep our historic district pristine."
