The structure has been found to be in dilapidated, unsanitary, uninhabitable, or unsafe conditions. At the hearing, the CBO will hear evidence and determine whether the property will be condemned and/or any other legal measures deemed appropriate. Since the Surfside Condo collapse just outside of Miami, the City has been working to ensure structures in Key West are safe.
The hearing is scheduled in City Hall Chambers, located at 1300 White Street, Key West, at 10 AM on September 13th.
