Bulk Renewal Process – Step-by-Step Guide

This process is for property management companies or businesses that manage or own multiple BTRs/regulatory licenses.

1.  Watch for Your Renewal Email(s)

You will receive a separate email for each BTR or regulatory license you manage or own.

2.  Sign In to Your Licensing Portal

    Click here to access the portal directly.

3.  Search for Your Licenses

    Once signed in, use the search bar

    Enter the email address used to register your licenses

All BTRs/regulatory licenses tied to that email will appear.

4.  Review and Update Each License

    Open each renewal form

    Check the business information

    Update any changes (e.g., contact info, email address)

5.  Add Renewals to Your Cart

•    After reviewing, select each license you wish to renew

•    Click "Add to Cart" for each

🚫 DO NOT click the "Pay Now" button at this stage.

Please keep in mind- at this stage, all BTR/ regulatory licenses that require documents to renew will have a “submit” button in place of "add to cart." Once the document is reviewed, you will receive an email permitting you to pay at that time. 

6.  Choose a Payment Method

a. To Pay Online (Credit Card)

•    Once all licenses are added to your cart, proceed to checkout

•    Complete payment with your credit card

b. To Pay with Cash or Check

•    Add licenses to your cart as above

•    Do not pay online

•    Visit City Hall in person

•    Go to the front desk and provide your cash or check payment

7. Confirmation

•    After payment is received (online or in-person), your renewals will be processed, and you can print your BTR from your portal. 

•    A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. 

Tips for Success

•    Double-check your contact info and business details

•    Add all licenses to the cart before proceeding to payment
